At House of 1913, many of our products are made to order and crafted with care. Please review our estimated production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Products marked as in stock typically ship within 1–3 business days.

STANDARD ORDERS

Most made-to-order products are completed and shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. Production times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, conferences, Founders Day, and special promotions.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and personalized orders generally require 2–8 weeks for design, production, and fulfillment, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Chapter anniversary products
• Line anniversary gifts
• Custom apparel
• Event signage
• Fundraising merchandise
• Branded chapter materials
• Conference and retreat materials
• Specialty fabrication projects

LARGE-SCALE EVENTS & INSTALLATIONS

Projects involving event production, large-format signage, custom fabrication, branding, or installation services may require additional planning and production time. Clients will receive a project timeline during the consultation process.
